Scholarship for International Student

Hsiang Su Coppin Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Hsiang Su Coppin Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1996 as a result of a generous donation of funds to the University of Liverpool from the estate of the late Mrs Hsiang Su Coppin.

Applications are welcomed from undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research students who are nationals of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and are resident in the PRC at the time when the application to the University of Liverpool is made.

The value and number of awards made from the fund varies, but it is unlikely that the total value of awards made will exceed £2,500 in any one year.
Eligibility

Awards are normally made on the basis of academic merit, although the university reserves the right to target certain ethnic minorities within China, as deemed appropriate within the terms of Mrs Coppin’s will.
